Evaluation concentration of entrepreneurship in the regions of Russia

Abstract

The article using the Ellison-Glaser spatial concentration indices presents the results of an analysis of the patterns of placement of small and medium-sized businesses operating in the main sectors of the national economy. The method of estimating concentration on the basis of employment in business structures is considered. Comparison of concentration levels in various types of economic activity, as well as regions providing the greatest contributions are given.
