Opinions of education administrators on the impact of their leadership characteristics on the humanitarian and organizational commitment of teachers

This research has been carried out with the quality monitoring model and in the modeling process to identify the training styles of those responsible for education and the commitment of organization and mobilization of teachers. Of the qualitative research techniques, the semi-sowed interview and data analysis were used for the data collection. The estimated date of data that the learning styles of school members have a greater impact on the organizational commitment and mobility problems of teachers. The results of the research have a higher degree since they are considered to have a significant impact on the identification of negative factors in the process of organization of movements and the development of the organization. With regard to the results of the investigation, the flaws in the knowledge about the leadership and the style of the styles, in addition to the low organization of the need is due in great appreciation. The recommendations recommended below the results are considered beneficial for the prevention of negative negative behaviors among school administrators and teachers and associated adverse circumstances.
